Milos adopted a very professional attitude. He took time to explain his approach to the work and to answer questions about technical details. He took initiative in respect of certain aspects of the work in order to secure a good outcome, and also kept me in touch with the progress. He and his team kept impressively to schedule. The standard of the work was generally high; he clearly cared about the finished result. He showed consideration for the tenants who inevitably had some difficult days while the work proceeded. Milos and his team are absolutely brilliant - cannot recommend them highly enough. They did the most amazing job on the refurb of our flat - we are so happy with the end result. Every single aspect of the work (and there was a lot of it) was completed to an exceptional standard. We initially met with him to discuss a quote around doing a new kitchen and bathroom at our flat, but having picked up on the expertise, professionalism and approachability that other reviews have mentioned, we asked him to manage the entire refurb project. This ended up being pretty big and and tricky to coordinate, with works involving plastering, redecorating, rewiring, floorboard restoration and the installation of 2 new windows being some of the things he oversaw alongside his team’s work installing the new kitchen and bathroom. Milos planned everything carefully and efficiently, whilst also being very communicative, keeping us in the loop on progress. It was such a pleasure to work with Milos and his team (thanks so much to all of you again).
