Milos has been absolutely great to work with and I'm so glad he was the one to do my new bathroom. He has been super diligent, conscientious, organised, calm and considerate throughout and he is really good at what he does. He had great ideas about how things should look and he has lots of experience so all his suggestions were really helpful. On the couple of times there were unexpected issues cropping up, Milos came up with solutions and the whole project was so much smoother and less stressful than I thought it would be. He was very careful with keeping things tidy / protecting things in my flat and he also let me know when the work would be noisy. He was overall just really helpful and trustworthy and so easy to have around. I felt he genuinely cared about the quality of his work and went the extra mile to make sure things were just right. Milos helped me complete bathroom renovation including taking out the bath and putting in a shower, retiling the walls and installing new cupboards, sink and toilet. He responded quickly to all messages and was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. He was very honest about what was and was not possible, which I respected a lot - some fitters told me anything was possible when in fact it wasn't! The work was done extremely well and I haven't had any problems except a small one which was due to the shower drain being a bad design which I only found out a couple of months later. Milos came up with a creative solution with minimal impact and only charged the cost of materials to fix it. Throughout the process Milos was efficient, hard-working (even sometimes coming on Saturday and Sunday!) and also very clean, keeping all the dust to the bathroom as much as possible which is extremely difficult in a one-bedroom flat! I am extremely happy with Milos' work and work ethic and would (and have) recommend him to everyone I know. Bonus points that he is a lovely person and very knowledgable and willing to share advice if requested!

Outstanding. Could not recommend Milos more. He stripped bare and redid our loft bathroom including tiling, fitting new sanitary equipment and shower. He worked extra hours to make up for lost time due to delivery delays and never once complained. He was tidy and accommodating to the fact that the whole family was home during the holiday period and so he made sure disruption was kept to a minimum. From the very first visit to the handover, he was most cordial, professional and trustworthy. Could not recommend him enough. Of course the end result was amazing and we love our new bathroom!
